In this workshop, cookbook author and recipe developer Rebecca Miller Ffrench will inspire you with some of her favorite fast recipes along with tips for thoughtful planning–showing you how to prep grains, beans, all kinds of veggies—and a few items that can be thrown in the freezer.

ABOUT THE CHEF
Rebecca Miller Ffrench is a cookbook author, recipe developer, and events planner. She has written/co-authored seven cookbooks, including the Natural Gourmet Institute Cookbook (Clarkson Potter, 2019), due out next April. She focuses on making nutritious food delicious and approachable, especially for kids. She taught cooking at a NYC public middle school, and was a contributing writer for Condé Nast’s Cookie magazine (sadly now defunct). Rebecca was their go-to party gal, writing and producing kids’ celebrating stories. She contributes to national publications, including Parents and Shape magazine.
