Join us as we harness the exotic flavors of Thailand under the guidance of chef/nutritionist Holly Shelowitz. We’ll start the evening with Chicken Satay with a healthy peanut sauce before diving into making our own green curry from scratch using fresh lemongrass, jalapenos, garlic, ginger, shallot, lime and spices for a delicious Green Curry Shrimp–before enjoying the Ginger Tapioca Pudding we’ve made for dessert.

A vibrant and properly made curry can become the foundation for an infinite range of meals uing your favorite proteins and vegetables. NEVER use pre-fab curry from a jar again!

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Holly Shelowitz is a Certified Nutrition Counselor and Chef Educator. For the past 19 years she has been teaching people how to prepare delicious nourishing food. In addition to her online workshops and courses, Holly was the Northeast Regional Nutrition Educator for Whole Foods Market, helping to launch two Global Healthy Eating Education programs that were integrated company wide, then Holly came back home to the Hudson Valley to create the Healthy Eating Education Program at Mother Earth’s Storehouse. You’ll find her at the farmers markets and farms enjoying the bounty of the Hudson Valley.
