For years, Natural Gourmet Institute was asked to create the definitive plant-based cookbook that could be used by anyone interested in this lifestyle. The Complete Vegan Cookbook allows cooks to explore the school’s distinctive culinary philosophy in their own kitchens. With more than 150 vegan recipes with step-by-step instructions and beautiful photography, The Complete Vegan Cookbook makes available the expertise and wisdom of some of the industry’s most progressive chef instructors who taught the best plant based chefs in the business.

The school has modified some of its best-loved recipes—Shiitake Bacon, Creamy Mushroom Soup, Root Vegetable Cassoulet, and Avocado-Lime Ice Cream—distilling them to basic techniques and making them easy to use for any level of home cook. Each page offers strategies and expertise for anyone who wants to eat healthier, do better for the planet, or eat well on a restrictive diet. The Complete Vegan Cookbook is as inspirational as it is informative, making it the resource for anyone looking to change their life through the power of food.
