  • 37b north front street, kingston, ny 12401

THIS WORKSHOP IS SOLD OUT.  Please email kitchen@bluecashew.com to be added to the waitlist.

Join Corinne Trang, author of the “Essentials of Asian Cuisine” for this, her final workshop of 2019.  Flashback to one of our very first workshops, Oodles of Noodles, where Corinne taught us how to make Pad Thai…and I kid you not, it was more delicious than ANY I’ve ever had…so pack your rice sticks kids ‘cuz we’re cooking Thai tonight!

Thai cooking places emphasis on lightly prepared dishes with strong aromatic components and a spicy edge, often juggling disparate elements to create a harmonious finish.  Striking the right balance of sweet, sour, salty and spicy is what makes these dishes sing.

On the menu: Green Papaya Salad, Pork & Crab Triangles with sweet chili sauce, Traditional Pad Thai with dried shrimp and Spatchcocked Lemongrass Chickens. Chef Trang is one of our most rigorous instructors so come prepared to work!

$95 per student includes 3hr workshop and recipes PLUS eat-what-you-make! Please feel free to BYOB if you would like to imbibe while we eat–Ester Wine & Spirits offers a 15% discount on bottles of wine on the ‘night of’ when you show your receipt.
