  • 37b north front street, kingston, ny 12401

Miraculous things happen on a daily basis in the most unassuming of food stalls.  Forget the Michelin-starred restaurants–it’s the stuff you get on the streets that you just can’t get out of your head!

These are some of Corinne’s favorite street gems and soon too will be yours.  Work these into your BBQ repertoire and your friends’ll be all nom nom nom all up in your grill!

On the menu Bo La Lot (minced beef in betel or grape leaves), Lemongrass Pork Tenderloin Skewers, Grilled Shrimp Sausage and Sticky Rice in Bamboo Leaves PLUS all kinds of extra yummies like Nuoc Mam Cham, Fried Shallots, Fried Garlic and Pickled Daikon, Cucumbers & Carrots.

$90 per student includes 3hr hands-on workshop and recipes PLUS eat-what-you-make. Feel free to BYOB if you’d like to imbibe once we’ve put the knives away—-Ester Wine & Spirits offers a 15% discount on bottles of wine on the ‘night of’ when you show your receipt.
