Sicilian with Ric Orlando

Ric Orlando has been on a globe-trotting food tour this spring and will share what he’s learned in our kitchen this summer.

First stop is Sicily where Ric says “One of the greatest lessons one learns about food when traveling to Sicily is the balance of humility and nobility that food offers–simple ingredients treated with the utmost reverence make delicious meals.”

Revere a delicious meal, we will!  On the menu: Arancini with meat ragout and spinach & ricotta fillings, Perfect Fennel, Orange & Pistachio Salad, Involtini di Spada (Stuffed Swordfish Rolls) and Almond Granita.
