Sheet Pan Suppers with Holly Shelowitz

Our first Sheet Pan Suppers workshop with Holly was so fun and delicious we’ve decided to go for Round 2!  There’s really something to be said for doing all your prep and just popping a tray into the oven while you go about whatever other million things you need to get done…then poof in less than an hour you’ve got a cohesive healthy meal to feed to yourself and/or your family…with lots of leftover reheatable lunching potential.

Holly’s recipes are always super tasty and packed with stuff that’s great for fueling your system, and fuel your system we will with this lineup!  On the first sheet, we’ll get our Omega-3’s on with a Teriyaki Glazed Salmon with bok choy & scallions; on the second sheet a North African Chicken spiced with berbere (think chilis, ginger, cardamom, clove, allspice, coriander, garlic and more) with carrots & chickpeas; and for dessert it’s all about the Sheet Pan Apple Crumble.

$85 per student includes 3hr hands-on workshop and recipes PLUS eat-what-you-make.

ABOUT THE CHEF
Holly Shelowitz is a Certified Nutrition Counselor and Chef Educator. For the past 19 years she has been teaching people how to prepare delicious nourishing food. In addition to her online workshops and courses, Holly was the Northeast Regional Nutrition Educator for Whole Foods Market, helping to launch two Global Healthy Eating Education programs that were integrated company wide, then Holly came back home to the Hudson Valley to create the Healthy Eating Education Program at Mother Earth’s Storehouse. You’ll find her at the farmers markets and farms enjoying the bounty of the Hudson Valley.\
