Poke Bowl Night with Corinne Trang

  • 6:00pm
  • 37b north front street, kingston, ny 12401

It’s not often that we get to veer too far off the “traditional” path when it comes to subject matter in Corinne’s workshops, but tonight Corinne just wanted to have a little fun!   There’s no set definition for what goes into a poke bowl…maybe besides some cubed marinated raw fish layered with rice, pickles and veggies..so tonight we get to build and devour Corinne’s dream poke bowl with a keen focus on consistent cuts and knife skills.

On the menu: Poke Bowls with sushi-grade salmon, tuna & fluke, cucumber oshinko, pickled ginger, avocado, carrot, scallion, nori, sesame, shiso, panko and a sweet & salty seed mix of pumpkin and sunflower seeds, with soy ponzu, spicy mayo and citrus miso sauces over a mix of 3 grains including black sticky rice, brown and white sushi rice + Miso Soup…everything house-made of course.  The world is a giant poke bowl, and tonight it is ours.

$95 per student includes 3hr workshop and recipes PLUS eat-what-you-make!  Chef Trang is one of our most rigorous instructors so come prepared to work!  845 514 2300 to book or click the purchase tickets link now.
