Peruvian with Ric Orlando

Ric Orlando has been on a globe-trotting food tour this spring and will share what he’s learned in our kitchen this summer.  He recently spent a week in Lima assisting his pal at a food festival.  In our second installment in the series, we head to Peru!

On the menu: Tiger’s Milk Ceviches (two variations), Papas Huancaina (boiled yellow potatoes in a rich and spicy sauce with queso fresco and aji amarillo), Pollo a la Brasa with green sauce and Quinoa con Leche “Pudding” for dessert.

$95 per student includes 3hr workshop and recipes PLUS eat-what-you-make!  Feel free to BYOB if you’d like to imbibe while we eat.
