There’s the long drawn-out tradition rooted deep in culinary history and then there’s the modern-day hack. We are super psyched to welcome back our favorite master preserve maker, the Janis Joplin of jams (sorry, I just think of her as such a rockstar)…Kelly Geary…who’s going to teach us how to get in done both ways!

ABOUT THE CHEF
Kelly Geary is a master preserve maker. Her book Tart & Sweet was published by Rodale in 2011, and she currently makes the preserves for Blue Hill for Stone Barns, as well as continuing to run her own company, Sweet Deliverance. Ms. Geary also works as a private chef, caterer, and consultant, having opened multiple restaurants throughout the country.
