THIS WORKSHOP IS SOLD OUT.  EMAIL KITCHEN@BLUECASHEW.COM TO BE ADDED TO THE WAITLIST.

Ric Orlando was on a globe-trotting food tour this spring and sharing what he learned with us in our kitchen!  Next and final stop:  Indonesia…where the flavors are complex, rich and spicy!

On this night we will master the art of the Bumbu (think: ginger, turmeric, galangal, nutmeg & pepper spice blend) and see just what it can do for you!  On the menu: Nasi Goreng (Indonesian fried rice), Soto (chicken & lemongrass soup), Gado-Gado Salad with peanut dressing,  Beef Rendang, and for dessert a play on Bananas Foster called Palak.

There’s lots to learn (and eat) while Ric puts on a show like no other. Come aboard, we’re expecting you!

$95 per student includes 3hr workshop and recipes PLUS eat-what-you-make!  Feel free to BYOB if you’d like to imbibe while we eat.
