On the heels of her rockstar Preserves Workshop earlier this fall, we are super excited to welcome Kelly Geary back into our kitchen to share with you her infinite pie wisdom.  We’ll go deep with a heavy focus on rolling and making pie dough…ensuring killer crusts on all your pies from this day forward, and we’ll also tackle two very scrummy fillings.  

Each of us will make our own double-crust Meyer Lemon Shaker Pie to take home, and Kelly will share the recipe for her infamous corn-syrup-free Maple Bourbon Pecan Pie that we’ll also make (and devour) in class!

$95 per student includes 3hr workshop and recipes PLUS Meyer Lemon Shaker Pie to take home in 6″ anodized aluminum pie plate + a bench scraper too!

ABOUT THE CHEF
Kelly Geary is a master preserve maker. Her book Tart & Sweet was published by Rodale in 2011, and she currently makes the preserves for Blue Hill for Stone Barns, as well as continuing to run her own company, Sweet Deliverance. Ms. Geary also works as a private chef, caterer, and consultant, having opened multiple restaurants throughout the country.
