Join Holly Shelowitz, Certified Nutrition Counselor, Chef and Herbalist for a special workshop on making your own herb-infused honey, vinegar and oil. Learn about culinary uses of various herbs and spices, as well as how to incorporate them into your own salad dressings, marinades and sauces. Herbs are loaded with nutrients, we’ll also discuss the medicinal properties of these pairings so you’re simultaneously supporting good health! Infusions make lovely gifts too, so get your creative juices flowing when thinking about upcoming holiday gifting.

Holly Shelowitz is a Certified Nutrition Counselor and Chef Educator. For the past 19 years she has been teaching people how to prepare delicious nourishing food. In addition to her online workshops and courses, Holly was the Northeast Regional Nutrition Educator for Whole Foods Market, helping to launch two Global Healthy Eating Education programs that were integrated company wide, then Holly came back home to the Hudson Valley to create the Healthy Eating
Education Program at Mother Earth’s Storehouse. You’ll find her at the farmers markets and farms enjoying the bounty of the Hudson Valley.
