I think I may already have mentioned that we’re getting in touch with the “Frencher” side of Corinne these days….and ‘alors’ do I have a treat for you! This time, we’re heading to the French Alps where by day we ski the slopes and by night, après-ski, we warm ourselves from the inside out with comforting foods that replenish our warrior souls!
On the menu: a rich and gooey Tartiflette with potato, caramelized onions, pancetta and reblochon cheese; Brandade Croquettes–which if you’ve never had before are sheer heaven…crunchy outside with creamy salt cod and potato goodness inside; and to remind us of our health….a Frisée Salad with roasted pear, dried fig and walnuts.

ABOUT THE CHEF
