French Bistro Classics with Chef Brooke Vosika

  • 6:00pm
  • 37b north front street, kingston, ny 12401

Bistros likely developed out of the basement kitchens of Parisian apartments where tenants paid for both room and board, with menus evolving over time that included classic French home-style recipes.

In his premiere class for 2019 Chef Brooke Vosika explores three classic Bistro recipes from three distinct regions of France including Soupe à l’Oignon from Normandy, Escargot en Croute from Lyon and a savory Leek & Gruyere Tart from Alsace.  As always, Chef will bring along tastings from his Sawkill Creek wines made by (his own) hand here in the Hudson Valley.

$95 per student includes 2.5hr workshop and recipes PLUS eat-what-you-make!
