For foodies, there’s nothing better than eating ‘in season’ from the farmers market–enjoying the best and freshest produce from local farms. In this class, Holly will take us on a tour of the Kingston Farmers Market to gather ingredients, then head back to bluecashew to create a beautiful lunch.
Experience the creativity of enjoying freshly harvested, locally grown ingredients, hone your meal-planning skills and learn to create uncomplicated dishes that will become part of your repertoire all summer long. On the menu (slight changes may occur due to market availability): zucchini noodles with roasted tomatoes, farmers market frittata with fresh herbs (egg free vegan version available), Market Pesto and Peach Custard.
