Chinese Classics with Corinne Trang

  • 6:00pm
  • 37b North Front Street

We’ve found that the dishes we make in Corinne’s classes tend to come out more delicious than their counterparts available at most restaurants within a reasonable driving–or dare we say flying–distance.  So, we’ve put together a menu with some of our absolute Chinese favorites and are looking forward to savoring them at their best.  You will be amazed by what kind of magic you’ll learn to make in your own home kitchen.

In this workshop we’ll learn to make Clay Pot Rice with Chinese Sausage & Preserved Cabbage, Hot & Sour Soup, Sichuan Mapo Tofu and Shrimp in Black Bean Sauce. There’s no going back after this night!

$85 per student includes 3hr workshop and recipes + eat-what-you-make.  Please feel free to BYOB if you care to imbibe while we eat.
